Programmes include thematic field activities, observation sessions, meetings with Maltese educators, and guided visits to relevant learning environments.
Organisations may select the number of days and the thematic focus most relevant to their needs. The job-shadowing participation fee covers all scheduled activities, field visits, entrance tickets (when applicable) and local transportation to outings (when applicable).

Focus: experiential and non-formal methods adapted for digital and hybrid settings; designing learner-centred digital environments; facilitation strategies for blended and hybrid groups; digital and AI tools for interactive learning; observation of practical techniques and applied scenarios.
