Our course is designed for educators and training managers, who wish to develop their competencies in support of self-directed and meaningful learning of their learners in digital & hybrid environments with non-formal learning methods and use AI tools for this purpose.

About the course
The main objective of the course is to introduce the resources of non-formal learning methods in combination with technology an AI tools for a suitable use in the digital and hybrid environment. Participants will learn how to support their own work as educators and student’s development and learning. Through experiential learning the course participants will become skilled in a variety of non-formal methods, suitable for learners of all ages for use in different types of educational institutions. By the end of the course every participant will create a personal toolbox of non-formal methods and digital and AI tools for a supportive, learner-oriented, and inclusive learning environment.

Personal "Toolbox of non-formal methods in digital/phigital and hybrid environments"
Programme:
Day 1: Introduction. Getting to know each other in a friendly & playful way. Introduction to the course. Participants’ expected outcomes. Personal learning & action plan.
Day 2: Context of the training: challenges of the world and tendencies in education.
Day 3: Finding ways, finding ourselves in new reality (outdoor activities). Ethical dilemmas in education and training in digital & hybrid environments.
Day 4: Tools and methods for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the learning process in digital & hybrid environments
Day 5: Tools and methods for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the learning process in digital & hybrid environments
Day 6: Preparation of personal tool-box of tools, methods, and techniques for implementation in their programme/course on various learning process’ stages (in pairs and/or small groups)
Day 7: Presentation of created toolbox. Key learning points, action plan. Evaluation.
Details
Target groups: teachers, trainers, headmasters, school and education managers, educational counsellors, career counsellors, adult educators, other higher educators, other non-governmental organization staff, public servants, and policymakers.
Supportive learning materials of the programme will be sent to the participants in advance.
The training itself will not be built on lectures or presentations, but on searching effective solutions and inspiration for the participants; practice, discovering experiences of other countries, and spending valuable time together.
We make tailor-made programmes according to the organisations needs if the whole group is from one organisation.
Course fee: 560 €
The amount includes preparation for the course, training, training materials and organizational costs, coffee breaks and a guided tour.
Accommodation and meals are not included.

Assessment
Creation of Personal Toolbox for Methods: Participants will design a customized toolbox of learning methods for hybrid environment, integrating tools, methods, and techniques applicable to different stages of their educational programs. This will be assessed based on relevance, creativity, and alignment with course objectives.
Reflective Analysis: Learners will submit reflective journals analyzing their experiences with learning methods, detailing potential implementation strategies in their teaching practice.
Certification details
Every participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.Upon request, a Europass Mobility Certificate can also be issued.
Our courses are designed and delivered in accordance with the Quality Standards for courses under Key Action 1.
We offer support to participants in completing Learning Agreements and any other documents required by their organisations.
Facilitator
Georgi Timcenko has a bachelors and masters degree (Cum Laude) in andragogy in Tallinn University (Estonia) and has been practicing in the field of adult education since 2006. He holds the highest occupational qualification - Adult Educator, EQF Level 8 certificate. His experience as a trainer is mainly based on supporting the development of adult educators, training managers, internal trainers, youth workers and teachers of various types of educational institutions, including in the public and private sector, NGOs and universities in Europe and Asia. As a founder and board member of the NGO Estonian Community of Adult Educators, and as the head of the EPALE National Support
Service in Estonia and as an evaluator of adult educators’ occupational qualification applicants, Georgi stands for the development of Estonian and European adult educators’ community.
