Georgi Timcenko has a bachelors and masters degree (Cum Laude) in andragogy in Tallinn University (Estonia) and has been practicing in the field of adult education since 2006. He holds the highest occupational qualification - Adult Educator, EQF Level 8 certificate. His experience as a trainer is mainly based on supporting the development of adult educators, training managers, internal trainers, youth workers and teachers of various types of educational institutions, including in the public and private sector, NGOs and universities in Europe and Asia. Since 2023 he is a member of the board of Estonian Association of Adult Educators (ANDRAS) As a founder and board member of the NGO Estonian Community of Adult Educators, and as the head of the EPALE National Support
Service in Estonia and as an evaluator of adult educators’ occupational qualification applicants, Georgi stands for the development of Estonian and European adult educators’ competences.
Maksims Timcenko is an adult educator in the medical field. Ilona Säälik is an experienced adult educator and Finnish language teacher with a master’s degree in educational sciences (andragogy) and an EQF Level 7 senior teacher qualification. She has worked in general, vocational, and higher education as a head teacher, lecturer, and educational technologist, with expertise in curriculum development, digital pedagogy, and teacher mentoring. Ilona is an active member of several professional associations and is committed to developing inclusive, high-quality learning experiences for adult learners.
Olga Samuilik is a trained adult educator and internal trainer in the business sector. She has solid experience in business and IT process management as well as project management, and she provides training in these areas. She is also interested in the use of AI tools in professional learning and supports colleagues and trainers in applying such tools in practice.
Ruslan Seredjuk is an English language educator with a strong background in curriculum design, learner support, and interdisciplinary teaching. He combines his pedagogical work with his insights as a psychotherapist and counsellor — blending emotional resilience, learner well‑being, and communicative competence in adult and youth education. He is recognized for his commitment to differentiated teaching, holistic development, and integrating reflective practice into everyday instruction.
