Our training institution’s quality assurance principles

Conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of study programs

The preparation of curricula is based on the Adult Education Act, the instructional material for the preparation of the curriculum for continuing education and the standard for continuing education.

The curriculum includes the following information:

·        name of the study program;

·        learning outcomes of the curriculum;

·        conditions for starting studies, if they are a prerequisite for achieving learning outcomes;

·        the total amount of study, including the proportion of classroom studies, e-learning and independent work;

·        learning content;

·        description of the learning environment;

·        a list of study materials, if study materials are prescribed for completing the study program;

·        teaching conditions and issued documents;

·        a description of the trainer's qualification, study or work experience necessary to conduct the training.

Conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of trainers and the learning environment

Our trainers have a higher professional education and active in the field they are teaching and have relevant experience that they are able to prove. In the development of the training, trainers who hold an adult trainer qualification at least at the EQF level 7 are involved.

The trainings are conducted in a physical learning environment that supports the characteristics of adult learners and the use of different learning methods. The rooms are equipped with suitable presentation equipment.

E-training and independent work are carried out in a virtual learning environment that supports the achievement of the learning objectives of the training.

Procedure for collecting feedback on in-service training

Feedback is collected using an online questionnaire. The purpose of the feedback questionnaire is to understand the effectiveness of the training from the perspective of the participants.

Feedback is collected at three levels: reaction, learning, applicability. The feedback survey includes questions related to the participants' reaction to the training methods, materials and the created learning environment, as well as assessments of the applicability of the learned skills. In addition to assessing the applicability of what has been learned, concrete examples are also collected. The survey also contains questions that allow the participants to notice and assess their further training needs in this area.

The received feedback is analyzed by target group, highlighting the learners' evaluations of the training, the learner's evaluations of the applicability of what they have learned to their daily work. The analysis of the training also includes the proposal of the training providers regarding the further training needs of the participants.

The procedure for collecting and processing personal data

The EDU Project Ltd. collects the following data about the participant: first and last name, personal identification number / ID Number / Date of birth, details of the payer and recipient of the bill, and e-mail address. Personal data is processed in accordance with §6 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

The basis for ensuring the quality of the continuing education institution's activities is established by the administrator, and changes are introduced by the decision of the board members of the educational institution.
